Lou Thomas
writes.
A writer from Western Pennsylvania with two decades in technology.
Forged in a
working town.
Growing up in a blue-collar corner of Western Pennsylvania — a valley built on coal and steel — I was shaped by the way a working town thinks.
I've worked in technology — twenty years building software, close to the systems and the people who ship them. I've learned how complex things actually work, and how to explain them so a reader never feels lost.
My writing reflects both — plain on the surface, precise underneath. Direct enough to read fast, accurate enough to trust on the details.
Working
together.
Alongside my own writing, I take on a small number of ghostwriting and consulting projects — usually where dense technical material needs to read like a story rather than a manual.
Original work under my own name is in progress. Forthcoming titles will be listed here and on Amazon.
